If you are a copyright holder, authorized to act on behalf of one, or are entitled to act under any exclusive copyright rights, please report any alleged copyright infringement occurring on or via our website (the "Site") by completing the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and sending it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of a properly formatted Notice as detailed below, we will take appropriate action, at our sole discretion, which may include the removal of the allegedly infringing content from the Site.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) mistakenly or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, their agent, or are permitted by law to post and utilize the content, you may submit a counter-notice with the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

Upon receipt of a counter-notice by our Designated Copyright Agent, we may send a copy of it to the original complainant, notifying them that we might restore the removed content or cease disabling it within 10 business days. If the copyright owner does not file a lawsuit seeking a court order against the content provider or user, the removed content may be reinstated, or access to it restored, within 10 to 14 business days or longer at our discretion.

Policy for Repeat Infringers

In alignment with the DMCA and applicable laws, we have instituted a policy whereby we may terminate, under suitable circumstances and at our discretion, the accounts of users who are identified as repeat infringers. Additionally, we may, in our sole discretion, limit access to the Site and/or terminate user accounts that infringe upon any intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is a history of repeat infringement.
