Innovate Web Designs Ltd ("we", "our", or "us") acknowledges and protects the intellectual property rights of others and expects similar respect from its users. Under the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we are committed to addressing promptly claims of copyright infringement that occur through our services when such claims are communicated to our Designated Copyright Agent as detailed in the notice template below.

If you are a copyright holder, authorized to act on behalf of one, or are entitled to act under any exclusive copyright rights, please report any alleged copyright infringement occurring on or via our website (the "Site") by completing the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and sending it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of a properly formatted Notice as detailed below, we will take appropriate action, at our sole discretion, which may include the removal of the allegedly infringing content from the Site.

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")

1. Specify the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed, or if multiple works are involved, provide a representative list of those works.
2. Specify the material or link you allege is infringing (or related to infringing activity) and for which access should be restricted, including at a minimum, if applicable, the URL of the link shown on the Site or the exact location of the material.
3. Share your company affiliation (if applicable), along with your mailing address, phone number, and, if available, your email address.
4. Include the following two statements within the body of the Notice:
* "I hereby assert that I have a genuine belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law (including as a fair use)."
* "I confirm that the information provided in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, affirm that I am the owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of, the copyright owner, or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is reportedly infringed."
5. Provide your complete legal name along with your electronic or physical signature.

It is important to understand that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any party that knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) mistakenly or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, their agent, or are permitted by law to post and utilize the content, you may submit a counter-notice with the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the content that was removed or access to which was disabled and the location where the content appeared prior to removal or disabling;
3. A declaration that you have a good faith belief that the content was taken down or deactivated as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material;
4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and agreeing to accept service of process from the individual who issued the original notice of alleged infringement.

Upon receipt of a counter-notice by our Designated Copyright Agent, we may send a copy of it to the original complainant, notifying them that we might restore the removed content or cease disabling it within 10 business days. If the copyright owner does not file a lawsuit seeking a court order against the content provider or user, the removed content may be reinstated, or access to it restored, within 10 to 14 business days or longer at our discretion.

Policy for Repeat Infringers

In alignment with the DMCA and applicable laws, we have instituted a policy whereby we may terminate, under suitable circumstances and at our discretion, the accounts of users who are identified as repeat infringers. Additionally, we may, in our sole discretion, limit access to the Site and/or terminate user accounts that infringe upon any intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is a history of repeat infringement.
